GPS Fleet Tracking

This technology adapts well to all types of companies and situations. The common thread is management wanting to gain better control over their operations outside the office.

These operations can occur over a campus, an island, a city, county, region or across country and include vehicles like box trucks, tractor trailers, cars, delivery vans, passenger vans, buses, ambulances, light trucks, SUV's and pickups.

Knowing where your vehicles are and what activities are being accomplished, are the kind of insights into your "out of office" operations that can really improve the your business,

This is the first step in increasing the speed at which you do business.

Waiting for a supervisor to radio in progress or a download of a report at the end of the day, or even sending a manager to the job site to report back their findings or a call back from a driver, just doesn't allow you to respond fast enough in today's highly competitive business environment.

Integration Services

These Services connect the information (data) from two or more software packages, eliminating double entry, redundant reports and clicking back and forth between multiple screens.

Using these services saves time, energy and effort for your operations, support and the back office personnel.

If you have Next Level Tracking's GPS Tracking Application - or another vendor - which has an API or Data Stream available - with some specialized programming - the information generated can automatically feed your Routing and Scheduling or other specialty Dispatch Program, your Transportation Management System, Maintenance Package, Payroll and Billing Software, Customer Service or CRM Application, it will satisfy Automated and Customized Report Requests, even populate your Government Compliance Software, and so much more.

Asset Tracking

This technology works well for companies with "on" and "off-road"  assets like trailers, or heavy equipment.

Construction Equipment like arrow boards, light stands, excavators, bulldozers, cranes, front end loaders, fork lifts, skidders, chippers, rollers, bobcats and other types of heavy equipment functioning with a 12 or 24 volt power supply can all be tracked.

Knowing in real-time where these Assets are and what activities they are accomplishing can be very beneficial for supervisors, operations and managers.

This is the next step in increasing the speed at which you do business.

Assets can be corporately owned or rented (short or long term). Having the knowledge of how many engine hours or where a particular asset is, with a push of a button, eliminates delays and drama associated with getting a simple answer like "Where is the 2nd skid steer?" or "How long did that Crane work yesterday?"
